Head Coach: The head coach is responsible for organizing the practices, managing the team, and coaching the games. The head coach must have US Lacrosse Level 1 Certification. 

Assistant Coach:  Assist the head coach and fill in on game days wherever needed. 

Field Maintenance:  Help to prepare the fields and maintain them for the season.  Includes marking the lines, mowing the lawn, and setting up the fields on game days.

Concessions:  Help to set up and run concession stand for home games. 

WMYLC meeting representative:  Attend the monthly WMYLC meetings on the first Tuesday of each month and report back to SYLC.
